You will be an early member of our Legal team, and support a number of legal functions. You will have key roles on regulatory matters, compliance and privacy programs, and product counseling, and you will also assist with litigation matters. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player that is passionate about NFTs and blockchain technology and happiest in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop, execute, and continually evaluate legal strategy in regulatory and litigation matters
- Provide product, operations, and community teams guidance on day-to-day issues, as well as foundational legal issues without clear solutions
- Build and maintain scalable risk management frameworks and processes
- Track and comment on new proposed legislation and regulation
- Keep abreast of quickly developing legal landscape to forecast and head off challenges for rapidly scaling business
